The chocolate bar that started it all, our original 72% Hawai'i Grown Dark Chocolate. The creamy and chocolatey flavor profile coming from our chocolate is created by delicately roasting dried and fermented cacao beans grown in Papaikou, HI . There are simple earthy, fudgey and other subtle notes to taste, sniff and enjoy. This dark chocolate bar is great to enjoy time after time again. We only add one ingredient to the cacao to ensure the quality of flavor.
Pairs well with red and white wine as well as sake and lager.
